Payment Policy

A deposit may be charged by Boatential LLC using the card you provide upon submitting your booking request or making a reservation. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your reservation which can be paid via Cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal. Credit cards are not accepted for the remaining balance.

Cancelation Policy

Reservations canceled 48 hours prior to the date and time of your reservation will be refunded in full. Reservations canceled within 48 hours of the date and time of the reservation will not receive a refund. Any reservations that are modified will be held responsible to the cancelation policy for their original reservation date and time prior to any modifications being made. Any reservations canceled due to insufficient will be given a rain check and able to reschedule for another date.
