Payment Policy
A deposit may be charged by Boatential LLC using the card you provide upon submitting your booking request or making a reservation. 50 percent nonrefundable deposit upon booking. If needed to cancel you have one year to reschedule. Full payment due day of charter. Payments accepted by credit card or Zelle
Cancelation Policy
Cancelation due to weather at captains discretion. Cancelation at customers request will not be refunded and will have one year to reschedule. Any deposits or payments taken will be forfeited if not reschedule within one year of cancelation.
