How do I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made online or over the phone. You can book a reservation online 24/7 by clicking the "Book Now" button on the page linked to the boat you wish to reserve.
How do I know if the boat I want to reserve is available?

What is instant book?
"Instant book" will guarantee your reservation if it appears available. It means that no one can sneak in and take your reservation if you are waiting to check availability or other reasons for delaying the booking process.
Where are you located?
We do not have one set location or address. The address where you will board for your reservation will depend on the boat you have reserved. Once you have made your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with all of your reservation details along with the address and other information needed to complete your reservation.
What is your cancelation policy?
We have a strict 48-hour cancelation policy. If you wish to cancel your reservation and you so before 72 hours from the date and time of your reservation then you will be refunded your deposit and will not be charged for the reservation, 0 obligations. If you wish to cancel your reservation and do so after 48 hours from the date and time of your reservation then you will not be refunded your deposit and are responsible for the full payment of your reservation, 100% obligation.
What if the weather is bad for my reservation?
We have a 100% weather protection guarantee to protect your reservation. Foul weather is classified as any of the following: heavy rain, thunder, lighting, winds exceeding 25 mph, air temperatures lower than 50 degrees Fahrenheit, heavy hail, snow. Light rain, air temperatures higher than 50 degrees Fahrenheit and winds not exceeding 25 mph will not be classified as foul weather. If the weather appears foul prior to your reservation then you will not be obligated or be responsible to pay for your reservation. If the weather becomes foul during your reservation then you have the option to cut your reservation short and will only be obligated and responsible for the time used, you will not be responsible for the time lost due to any foul weather. If you do not cut your reservation short or return early due to foul weather then you will be responsible for the full time used. For any reservation or time not used due to foul weather, you are subject to partial or full refund, re-schedule, or store credit. Reservations can only be canceled without penalty due to foul weather if approved by a South Florida Boat Rental representative once the Doppler radar has been reviewed. Cancelations can only be made with no penalties the same day as the reservation upon approval from a South Florida Boat Rental representative.
Do I have to make a reservation or can I walk in?
South Florida Boat Rental is reservation only. We do not permit walk-ups. Although we do allow last minute reservations, reservations must be made online or over the phone. Walk-ins may be allowed with manager approval.
Where or how can i see the boat(s) I want to reserve?
Unfortunately, we do not permit access to see any boats until your reservation has been made. We try to provide as much information and detailed pictures online to make viewing and selecting your boat as easy and convenient as possible. Under special circumstances and request, viewing of a boat may be acceptable.
Do I need a boaters license to operate a vessel?
Yes. If the driver was born on or after January 1st, 1988 then the driver is required to have or obtain a boaters license in any state to be able to operate a vessel in the state of Florida. Temporary boaters license can be obtained through us upon making your reservation.
